Job Description:Job Description RESCON is a fast growing, local construction company, that prides themselves on outstanding customer service, high quality work, and helping customers to achieve their visions for any construction project. RESCON is your local expert for anything related to hardscape, grading, and excavation. We are looking for an experienced Lead Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams, managing projects and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Lead Hand will be responsible for delegating tasks to team members, being the main/knowledgeable installer on site, monitoring progress and providing feedback and guidance when necessary. The successful candidate will also be expected to ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the team is working in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.Train and evaluate employees.Ensure that safety regulations are being followed.Monitor the quality of work and ensure that it meets standards.Provide feedback to workers on their performance.Running and operating skidsteers/excavatorsHaving adequate knowledge on how to set proper grades, slopes and installation of pavers and retaining wallsSchedule and assign tasks to workers.Resolve conflicts with workers and or customers.
