Conference Services Coordinator
Play an integral part in all group functions at the largest events space in Whistler! Our Conference Services Coordinator works closely with clients and hotel departments to make sure all events go above and beyond our guest's expectations.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $56,000 per annum
Job Duties Include:
- Overseeing clients in-house to ensure smooth running of events
- Preparing for large functions, working closely with all departments within the hotel and creating function sheets for the events team whilst communication regarding last minute changes
- Regular correspondence with clients to ensure sites are looking as requested and that Food & Beverage teams are ready for large-scale events
- Organizing all in-house functions
