*Candidates must reside in the GTA area to be considered for this role as they will be required to be in office Tuesdays-Thursdays at the Toronto Corporate Office.
GENERAL FUNCTION
The Executive Assistant will be providing confidential and high-level administrative support to three C-Suite Executives
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage projects and tasks in a timely manner
- Manage an extremely active calendar, compose, and prepare correspondence, arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Interact with multiple levels of personnel
- Work closely with key stakeholders to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, follow up appropriately and timely, and review email inbox/outbox numerous times daily
- Pro-actively rearrange meetings as necessary
- Provide support and perform as a true partner in the role while developing and maintaining strong working relationships with a variety of senior-level clients
- Schedule conference calls and meetings
