Job Description:Job Description We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and repair. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring optimal functioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating units, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and thermostats.Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.Inspect HVAC systems and components to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.Respond to service calls on time and address customer concerns professionally.Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.Provide recommendations to customers regarding HVAC system upgrades or replacements.Stay updated on industry advancements and participate in training programs as needed. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC certification program preferred. G2, 313D or 313A (3rd year apprentice)Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with at least 5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.EPA certification for handling refrigerants is preferred.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
