Client Profile Our client, a reputable Toronto firm is currently looking for an Accounting Clerk. This firm has an excellent culture and many career development opportunities.

- Office located in Toronto's Financial District!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process cheque deposits and credit card payments;
- Manage the Wills and Estates vault and e-file, and all overflow work;
- Certify cheques when required;
- Maintain database for accounting records;
- Manage all conflict checks and oversee the VISA transactions and reconcile;
- Handle monthly bank reconciliations for trust & general accounts;
- Prepare pre-bills and final client accounts; and
- Additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 4+years of Accounting experience in a law firm;
- Accounting-related diploma or degree;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel,
- Team player attitude and good communication skills.
