Monitor all entrances and exits, request proof of payment when necessary. Serve food and beverages. Collect cash, credit/debit cards or other payment for beverages. Food safety/handling skills. Handle cash transactions. Credentials. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses. Smart Serve. Experience and specialization. Computer and technology knowledge. Interac machine.
