We are currently seeking a new Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design team on a 12 month contract (mat leave coverage), specifically to work on improving Clio's roles and permissions capabilities This role is available to candidates across our hubs in Burnaby, Toronto and Calgary and can be performed in a hybrid capacity.
Design plays an integral role at Clio, making up one of the three pillars of our Research and Development organization alongside Product Management and Engineering. Product designers directly engage in researching the behaviours and needs of our users. They act as champions of user experience as we work to transform the way lawyers and their staff provide services to their clients. Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time.
