Job Description:Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, maintain, and repair all gas equipment used for heating, cooling, and ventilation mainly for domestic purposes, this includes operation of Hot Water Tanks as well.Refrigeration system installation as per applicable codesHot gas and TX valve adjustmentsRefrigeration system troubleshooting & repairs.Communicate refrigeration issues and solutions with associates.Understands programmable controls and is computer literate.Trouble shooting Roof Top Air Conditioning heating units and Boilers.Candidates must be able to provide excellent customer service, time management, fluent in English language with great troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.Travel to customers’ homes within the time frames provided by the office.Perform cleaning/repair work as per the work order.Document the work done and recommendations.Invoice the customer and collect payment. Job Requirements· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience· Must have a G2 Gas License and 313 license· Must have a minimum of 2 years direct experience in HVAC units repair and maintenance.· Valid G driver’s license, satisfactory driver's abstract and access to a vehicle· Strong prospecting and proven ability to meet or exceed targets.· Passionate about sales/customer service· Drive for results and very customer oriented.· Flexibility; must be comfortable with adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced.work environment.· Available Monday to Friday daytime and Saturdays occasionally Job ID: 1978375
