Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to develop and execute marketing strategies that will increase our brand awareness and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop, implement, and monitor strategic marketing plans in alignment with our business goals.
2.Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and promotional items.
3.Manage our online presence, including our website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
4.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
5.Plan and execute campaigns for new product or service launches.
6.Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
7.Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
8.Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to senior management.
9.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree is needed. A Masters degree is a plus.
At least 3 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
