Individuals will possess an in-depth knowledge of products, applications, industry terminology, customers, and competition. The successful Territory Sales Manager will develop plans to manage opportunity pipelines, key accounts management, implement pricing and commercial terms, complete the necessary reporting requirements for the position and identify growth opportunities within region that aligns with S3 Group capabilities and strategies.Job OverviewCold Call Customers Travel to have meetings with all current Dealers, CustomersClearly document call reports and expense reports and submit to ManagerFrequent travel required Develop a growing Dealer network Answer and address customer service calls as necessaryWork proficiently within S3's MRP system to generate sales orders, quotes, and search for inventory and product lead timesDevelop customer Delivery Schedules Work with production personnel to sort out any schedule, prioritizing and/or quality issues Receive calls pertaining to parts, service, warranty, and customer inquiries and/or complaintsEnter and follow-up on Customer Non ConformancesEnter Return Material Authorizations and Credit Memo's in MRP systemManage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returns Generate costing reports for sales margins Speak, listen and write in a clear and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniquesAttend trade shows and industry conferences as requestedActively participate in Production MeetingsIdentify new sales and product development opportunities in the Marketplace and present to ManagerPerform other tasks as assigned by Director of Business Development, and ensure all tasks are performed with the highest regards for Safety as outlined in our Safety ManualExperience And QualificationsMinimum of 2 years office experienceMinimum of 2 years Sales experienceExperience managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast paced environmentPositive and co-operative team playerCapable of working with minimal supervisionMust be accurate and detail orientedMust be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Agricultural background is preferredMaintain a calm and composed demeanor in high pressure situationsExcellent organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customersMust have valid Class 5 Driver's LicenseMust be able to travel extensively for work
