Meat PreparationKeep your meat department area clean, well-stocked and organized. Handle and present products in a way that highlights and safeguards their quality. Comply with company meat standards and food safety regulations.Product EnthusiasmKnow the various cuts, benefits and ways to serve meats in your store. Look for creative ways to merchandise your products to your customers. Support national, regional and store merchandising programs.Teammate SupportContribute to a safe, positive and fun environment. Provide technical training to your teammates as required. Other duties as assigned by leadership.Customer ServiceSmile, make eye contact and greet customers while taking requests. Prepare meat products including special orders as required. Provide exceptional service.
