Appointment Coordinator - North Island Nissan

NORTH ISLAND NISSAN is looking for an Appointment Coordinator to join our team in our busy dealership. A basic understanding of administration procedures and dealership experience would be a bonus!

Responsibilities:

• Book and confirm service appointments
• Service follow up calls
• Track daily activities
• Communicate with parts department to ensure parts are available for booked appointments
• Service and recall reminder calls
• Other various admin duties

• Excellent customer service skills
• Can work independently or as part of a team
• Professional manners on the phone

• Depending on experience; pay range $18-$22 per hour

• Company events
• Extended health benefits

• Customer service: 2 years (required)
• Automotive dealership: 1 year (preferred)
