YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a level of training in accordance with the requirements of the job to insure adequate safety, quality and environmental impact and efficiencies including emergency preparedness for the products handled.
Knowledge and adherence of all local and corporate policies, programs and procedures including appropriate legislation that relates to this area of operations.
Execute the fulfillment of customers' orders and requirements through the processes of blending, packaging, order pulling and shipment of goods, packaged and bulk.
Load and unload packaged and bulk products in a safe, efficient manner and confirm all appropriate documentation is in order.
Perform or help to perform quality tests to insure that all products and packages handled in this area conform to the specifications and expectations established.
Inspect and verify the satisfactory performance of all equipment and tools used in this area of operation, recommend changes where necessary and actively participate in keeping the work area clean, organized and functional.
Assisting in planning and improving processes and product quality.
Insure the quality and integrity of products and packages within the site and aid in material flow of items received at the Winnipeg site.

YOUR PROFILE
Education and Experience:
Experienced in chemical handling (1 - 2 years).
A high school diploma with a proven ability to learn and adapt to the chemical workplace environment.
Good computer skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A desire to work with team members to improve processes and product quality in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to comply with safety and quality regulations, including wearing protective gear.
Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
WHMIS/TDG training/ForkliftExperienced in chemical handling (1 - 2 years).
