Main Responsibilities: - Be the welcoming face and compassionate voice of our organization, providing unwavering support and understanding to individuals seeking employment assistance - Skillfully evaluate the eligibility of applicants for our fully subsidized programs, ensuring alignment with Services Québec criteria - Guide candidates through comprehensive on-boarding procedures, ensuring they have all the information they need about our wide array of services and resources - Offer personalized coaching and support, lending an empathetic ear to their concerns and tailoring assistance to their unique circumstances - Harness technology adeptly to manage candidate databases, coordinate appointments seamlessly, and maintain meticulous records of progress and interactions - Foster close collaboration with fellow team members to guarantee smooth delivery of services and resources to our clients. - Play an active role in crafting and executing outreach strategies aimed at reaching and assisting individuals in search of employment support - Contribute to the smooth running of our organization's office and programs by handling various administrative tasks with efficiency and precision We would love to meet: - Demonstrated experience in a client-facing capacity, preferably within a non-profit organization or social services setting - Exceptional communication, adept at connecting with individuals from various backgrounds with ease and clarity - A genuine reservoir of empathy and compassion, driven by a sincere commitment to aiding others on their path to employment success - Proficiency in navigating technology, encompassing the Microsoft Office suite and adeptness with database management systems - Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a cohesive team, boasting stellar organizational and time-management abilities To apply, please send your resume to Cristina Bilbao at cristina.bilbao@quantum.ca.
