This position is a temporary contract that will help support our Turnaround and Outage 2024 season.

Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner always.
Support payroll, and timecard collection for 100+ employees.
Verify Payroll Data Entry.
Weekly Payroll reconciliations.
Vouchering invoices for payment.
Creating Purchase Orders for the Branch.
Submitting Expense reports for field employees.
Scanning and entering backup and other required paperwork into the system.
Support Branch with onboarding for turnaround workforce.
Cross-train and support other branches with administrative tasks as needed.
2+ years year payroll/billing experience required;
1+ years customer service experience preferred;
Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel required;
Strong verbal and written communication skills required;
Effective organizational and time management skills required;
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
