Position Summary:

This position is responsible to provide detailed clerical work of an analytical and customer service nature and to ensure accurate and timely processing of client's data.

Primary Accountabilities:

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Perform detailed, routine clerical work of an analytical and customer service nature to ensure accurate, timely processing of client's data

Build relationships with B2B clients and cross collaboration with other departments supporting Fulfillment programs

Handling inbound and outbound client requests and inquiries via phone and email

Resolving Client Issues

Prepare Setup Sheets for all rebate/contest promotions and send to applicable contacts

Revise all documents & email templates to be used for the annual contest and send to client for approval

Request translations for documents

Monitor FS Programs on Hold, reach out to client to resolve

Prize Dollars Management

Obtain PO Box / Project Numbers for FS Programs

Assist clients with access to Promo Trak site and password resets

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.

Coordinate with other departments as required.

Perform other tasks as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

High School or College diploma or equivalent

Excellent time management skills and ability to problem solve

Intermediate level proficiency using computer systems (G suite, Excel, and Word)

Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)

Comfortable working in a group environment and independently under deadline pressure

Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to ensure timely completion of all projects

Perform detailed alpha/numeric data entry rapidly and accurately. Minimum 40 WPM.
