Duties include: Taking minimal requests and developing full technical scope. Working with crews and site teams to identify improvement opportunities. Follow up with stakeholders, operators, and trades to define needs. Supporting projects technically through the full lifecycle. Preparing budgets schedulese, technical specifications, material lists ,an execution plans/strategies. Project engineer will focus on small cap low complexity projects.
