We are currently recruiting a Bookkeeper on behalf of our client, to manage financial records and maintain accurate accounting systems, playing a crucial role in their financial operations. If you have strong financial acumen and attention to detail, we'd like to introduce you to this important role in our client's organization.

Requirements-

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Setting- Rural area

Tasks-

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare the trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Transportation/travel information
  • Public transportation is not available
