Delivery driver and customer service representative

Little Rocks ‘N’ Stuff is a company that provides landscaping materials based out of Sylvan Lake, Alberta. We are looking to fill a full-time seasonal position as a customer service representative and delivery driver.

Job Description: The Successful candidate will be responsible for answering the phone, being the first point of contact dealing with taking customers' questions, scheduling deliveries, creating invoices and taking payments, loading materials into trucks, delivering materials, and general upkeep of machines and yard. This is a seasonal position starting at the beginning of May until the end of October (there is a possibility of continual year round employment)

Minimum Requirements: • Valid Class 3 Drivers Licence • Loader experience • Mechanically inclined • Customer service skills • Computer skills • Safe work history with a commitment to adhere to safe work policies and procedures • Physically fit • Excellent verbal communication skills

Success Criteria: • 5 years relevant experience • Be reliable and punctual • Be able to work Saturdays • Have a strong work ethic • Willingness to learn new tasks and follow instructions • Ability to complete work efficiently and correctly with minimal supervision
