Scale Collaborative is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to join our team. The Program Coordinator is pivotal in coordinating and delivering Scale Collaborative’s programs, especially focusing on Thriving Non-Profits cohorts. They ensure participants have enriching experiences, fostering advocacy for Scale and our programs. By maintaining high satisfaction levels and proactive communication, they collaborate with the Programs Team and support the Marketing Team in ensuring the smooth delivery of programming and addressing the needs of program participants.
The target salary for this position is $60,000 per year.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Program Coordination

Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Thriving Non-Profits cohort program.
Drive the expansion of the Thriving Non-Profits cohort program to new partner organizations and regions.
Execute project work plans, ensuring timely achievement of deliverables aligned with strategic goals and objectives.
Delegate tasks, priorities, and expectations to meet program requirements and establish robust organizational systems.

2. Enhance Learning Experience

Monitor program progress and analyze data to generate reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality programs and maintain excellence in participant experiences.
Oversee learner experience and quality control, including content maintenance and resolution of inquiries and complaints.

3. Marketing Support

Provide guidance and oversight for the development of program marketing collateral, including summaries, Impact Reports, case studies, and storytelling.
Provide support to the Marketing Team on marketing and promotional strategies for programs.
Engage with the Thriving Non-Profits Community as directed to market programs.

4. Promotional and Expansion Initiatives

Conduct information sessions, promotional workshops, and other program-related activities to promote Thriving Non-Profits programs.
Assist in expanding community membership and coaching opportunities.
Represent Scale at conferences and community events to increase program visibility and foster expansion opportunities.

SKILLS

Previous program coordination experience is required
Experience growing a program or initiative provincially or nationally as an asset

QUALITIES

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work to tight deadlines, and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
Research and analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Understanding of and passion for the impact sector is desirable

Please note: A requirement for this position is the ability to work in person at our offices in Victoria, British Columbia, and candidates meeting this criteria will be given preference. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis until the right candidate is identified.
