Your responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and empower account managers to achieve their targets.
- Strategically set sales objectives by forecasting and crafting annual sales quotas for designated regions, anticipating sales volume, and ensuring profitability of existing products.
- Uphold sales performance, product assortment, and pricing integrity by staying abreast of market dynamics, consumer trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities.
- Determine and adapt pricing strategies by closely monitoring costs, competition, and market demand.
- Spearhead regional sales initiatives through the formulation of actionable sales plans.
- Coordinate operational tasks within the region by efficiently scheduling and delegating responsibilities, while ensuring quality outcomes.
- Foster enduring relationships with customers, contractors, and vendors.
- Oversee and directly manage pivotal existing accounts.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across diverse lines of operation.
- Engage actively in local business associations and customer groups to expand the market presence of TK Elevator.
- Offer guidance and assistance to account managers in proposal development.
- Lead negotiations for job proposals.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion and review of weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and coaching sessions to enhance staff performance.
- Recruit, select, onboard, and train regional account managers.
- Stay updated on industry advancements through participation in educational workshops, perusal of professional literature, and networking.
- Collaborate effectively within the team to achieve shared objectives.
- Independently manage and nurture the customer base alongside designated account managers.
Your qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive Sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of success, including 3-5 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant industry experience is highly valued.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and foster lasting relationships.
- Strong business acumen, adept at meeting deadlines, and consistently achieving set goals and objectives.
- Skilled in coaching and motivating personnel to maximize their potential and enhance overall team performance.
- Outstanding negotiation skills, complemented by an intuitive understanding of customer needs to drive sales.
