Responsibilities
- Ensure program documentation, including program roadmap, project information, and other resources and materials, remains accurate and up-to-date
- Maintain program knowledge base content and distribution lists
- Generate regular reports on program activities and performance metrics under the guidance of the Program Manager
- Organize activities for delivering training and manage training resources for business users
- Monitor usage statistics across our application stack to generate insights and better inform strategic decisions
- Update lists of product and feature requests along with their status
- Maintain vendor contracts and records
- Track ongoing activities and initiatives in collaboration with vendors
- Manage minor procurement activities to ensure the effective supply of licenses
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to address and resolve high-impact escalation issues
- Identify trends, patterns and other opportunities for efficiencies and improvement in the program
- Provide ad-hoc support to Project Managers to enable the successful execution of projects
- Foster effective and positive communication and collaboration among all team members supporting the program
- Seek input from business users to make enhancements across program processes and best practices
Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in business administration, project administration or application support in a technology-focused role
- Demonstrated proficiency and work experience in MS Office, with focus in Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a bookkeeping or accounting-related role is considered an asset
- Proficient in using SaaS applications with work experience on QuickBooks Online and/or Xero is considered an asset
- Ability to communicate in French is considered an asset
