We are looking for physiotherapists to join our dynamic team in Rehabilitation.


The physical therapist will be responsible for the evaluation of the physical and functional status of the child / youth that presents with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardio-respiratory system impairments, limitations or restrictions. In keeping with a goal of structuring / supporting the development / recovery of functional autonomy, he determines a treatment plan based on clinical relevance, with appropriate dosing, carries out interventions and provides support for the necessary transition / discharge.


  • Bachelor or Master's degree in physical therapy
  • Member of l’ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the field of musculoskeletal or pediatric rehabilitation

Skills and competencies

  • Fluency in French written and spoken; capacity to communicate (written and spoken) in English is required in order to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients and/or stakeholders
  • Able to work in an interdisciplinary team, to collaborate with a focus on complementarities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, resourceful, able to problem solve
  • Excellent sense of responsibility and priorities
  • Ability to adapt to changes, to name issues perceived (e.g. success factors and constraints / barriers to be considered)
