The role :

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer for our Rapid Prototyping team. This team's mission is to quickly assess the feasibility, desirability and viability of innovative features or technologies through the design, development, and implementation of functional prototypes.

Responsibilities :

As a UX Designer, you will play an essential role in crafting and developing functional prototypes in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Manager of the Rapid Prototyping team, your main responsibilities will be:

• Design digital experiences aimed at de-risking the desirability, feasibility and viability aspects of innovative solutions bringing value to the organization.

• Understand business needs and establish measurable objectives at each stage of the innovation project in order to inform the design of functional prototypes.

• Prioritize solution features based on their impact and the development effort required by collaborating with technical experts.

• Conduct various user research activities, such as perception and usability tests.

• Produce the deliverables necessary for the fast and effective development of functional mobile and web prototypes by using, among other things, our Design System

• Communicate design decisions persuasively to diverse audiences.

• Collaborate and co-create with project stakeholders throughout product design, development, and implementation.

• Research and evaluate the potential desirability of new ideas in order to inform and prioritize our future innovation projects.

• Be on the lookout for new technological, design and consumer trends in order to incorporate them into concrete projects.

• Contribute to strengthening our design and innovation practices.

You are :

• Creative, analytic, curious, and resourceful. You are a fast learner.

• Adaptable and comfortable in the face of uncertainty. In innovation, changes during a project are frequent.

• Autonomous, proactive, organized

• Motivated by challenges and an accelerated pace of work

• A team player who can share and receive constructive feedback

• Passionate about quality and user experience design

• Bilingual requirement , "Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country"

Ideal candidate :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX Designer

• Outstanding ability to understand business needs and translate them into design requirements

• Knowledge of best practices in mobile and responsive web design, including user-centered design methodologies, design systems and accessibility

• Mastery of design tools, especially Figma

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

This is a role in which the projects are varied and will require you to frequently collaborate with new teams and stakeholders. We are looking for someone who wants to work in an agile and changing environment and ensure the highest quality of deliverables.
