You would be responsible for leading a team of Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding store profitability, seamless Omni Channel experience, merchandising excellence as well as delivering a diverse, inclusive and rewarding employee experience.Day in the Life (What you’ll do)Drive store and store manager performance by leading effective store visits (in person & virtually) which are focused on driving behaviors which will enable store teams to meet financial goals and uphold visual initiatives.Identify themes in product performance across your assigned district with a goal to create and align a merchandising plan to excel and remain competitive within the market.Recruit, hire, develop and retain high performing store teams.Develop individuals and store teams by setting clear expectations, providing detailed goals and managing performance appropriately.
