Project Manager

• Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
• Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Manage project resources, including manpower and equipment, and ensure they are utilized effectively
• Analyze project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols
• Prepare and present project reports, including financial and performance metrics, to senior management
• Foster a collaborative and cohesive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the electrical engineering industry
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the electrical engineering field
• PMP certification is a plus
