Job Description
As a District Sales Manager at Reitmans you will report to the Director Sales and Operations, and lead a group of 18 stores within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). You would be responsible for leading a team of Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding store profitability, seamless Omni Channel experience, merchandising excellence as well as delivering a diverse, inclusive and rewarding employee experience.
Day in the Life (What you’ll do)
- Drive store and store manager performance by leading effective store visits (in person & virtually) which are focused on driving behaviors which will enable store teams to meet financial goals and uphold visual initiatives.
- Identify themes in product performance across your assigned district with a goal to create and align a merchandising plan to excel and remain competitive within the market.
- Recruit, hire, develop and retain high performing store teams.
- Develop individuals and store teams by setting clear expectations, providing detailed goals and managing performance appropriately.
- Uphold all Reitmans (Canada) LTD. Policies and procedures.
