What you will be doing:
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Oversee the final presentations of dishes with goal of sending out beautifully presented, incredibly tasty and correctly plated food to all of our guests
- Act as the liaison between front of house and back of house in ensuring proper workflow of food preparation, execution and accurate and timely delivery
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
- Provide support to the service team in completing assigned side duties
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Standing and walking throughout shift
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
