The Viaflex Pack Lead hand is responsible for coordinating the Viaflex Pack department, optimizing output while maintaining all quality and safety standards. The Lead Hand will monitor the activities of team members and machinery to ensure production of quality product in a safe and efficient manner. This position involves considerable hands-on equipment troubleshooting, repair, set-up, changeover and line operation. In addition the Viaflex Lead Hand may need to perform Packing Operator/MH/IPC/Bliss duties when required. Viaflex Packing Lead Hand will be required to cover Supervisor as required.
