Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Key Account Manager - Club and Mass to focus on nurturing and expanding our presence in the critical Club and Mass Channels. As our brand ambassador, you will be the face of TBG, ensuring the effective management and growth of our key accounts. Your role includes strategic leadership, customer management, cross-functional teamwork, and commercialization of unique tailored opportunities for the club channel.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles within the beverage industry.
Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations as required. The Canada team is typically onsite every Tuesday-Thursday.
Legally authorized to work in the country to which you are applying without requiring sponsorship or additional work permits now or in the future
Ability to thrive in a fast pace agile environment with limited direction and balance competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills to support building strong internal and external relationships and effectively communicate your work product
Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
