We are currently seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator to join our Moncton facility.Key Responsibilities:Health & SafetyPromote a safety culture across the organizationPlan and implement OHS policies and programsDrive orientations, coaching, and safety trainingEstablish, promote, and implement health and safety programs, work instructions and proceduresPrepare educational seminars and webinars on a regular basisEnforce preventative measuresConduct risk assessmentsWork closely with Supervisors and Managers on safety related activitiesPerform regular safety inspections/auditsEducation, Training & Experience:Minimum (2) years of experience as a Safety Coordinator or similar roleDiploma or equivalent training and business experienceCertificate in occupational health and safety would be considered an assetExpected hours: 37.5 per weekOther Benefits:Casual dressCompany eventsOn-site parkingSchedule:8 hour shift2 Evening Shifts per WeekFlexible HoursEducation:Secondary School (preferred)Experience:Health & Safety: 2 years (required)Language:English (required)French (preferred)
