SALES REPRESENTATIVE – PERSONAL LINES INSURANCE

Unlimited earning potential for our Sales Team in Kitchener!

Make your mark as a top sales representative in a growing industry. You will achieve success by selling insurance programs to customers across Canada with a high-performance team.

Accountabilities

Contact, quote, & close warm leads by phone and email; identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
Target new business leads and sales opportunities
Leverage over the phone sales techniques, meeting all sales targets and objectives
Optimize sales with access to experienced mentors and leaders
Document and inform our Service Team to provide after-sales service to accounts

Specifics

A resilient team player who is driven to achieve results
Able to build rapport quickly over the phone, working with urgency to connect with your leads within minutes of receiving them
Preference shown to post-secondary education in a business or insurance program

Hours: Permanent, Full-time – 37.5 hours/week

Location: Hybrid in Kitchener, ON

Salary Range: Base Salary + New Business Commission
