BlackBerry QNX is looking for an experienced Automotive Strategic Alliances Manager with a background in an embedded automotive software environment and a proven track record of recruiting and proactively working with silicon and software partners. Focusing specifically on the Asia Pacific region, this role will focus on ecosystem development, localization and management to drive integrated solution stacks for our customers.
As part of our BlackBerry QNX Product & Strategy team, you will recruit, build, and maintain a robust, comprehensive automotive ecosystem that strengthens and complements the BlackBerry QNX value proposition. Responsibilities include identifying, recruiting, and managing key silicon and software partners, leading complex contractual negotiations and actively monitoring market requirements and emerging technology trends. You will work closely with the engineering, product management, sales, marketing, legal and finance organizations.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong business and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to successfully engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous engagements are essential.
