*Duties may include, but are not limited to: *
* Answer customer calls and e-mails providing them with friendly support in a timely manner
* Assisting customers, mainly contractors and home renovation companies, with selecting and purchasing various hardware products
* Enter orders into system (AS400)
* Suggest products to customers
* Set up / coordinate deliveries
* Help keep showroom in order and presentable
* Assist customers in person (plexiglass in place)
* Process payments for purchases
* Other duties as required
*Required Skills and qualifications:*
* Must be Fluently Bilingual (English / French)
* Excellent interpersonal skills and previous work experience in a customer service role, ideally in a similar setting (e.g. Home Depot, Home Hardware, Lowe's, Rona, etc.)
* Strong problem resolution and analytical mindset
* Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
* Must be detail and goal oriented
* Must be able to work well in a team environment
* Able to manage and complete tasks with little to no supervision
*Assets:*
* Own vehicle (Bus Accessible)
* Sales experience
* Wood working and hardware knowledge
The wage for this position ranges between *$20.00 - $22.00* per hour. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, polite, and is looking for a company to grow with. The individual needs to be adaptable and a team player.
Hours are Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 4:00pm (1 hour lunch)
