This position is needed to ensure that routine operation, scheduled preventive maintenance and strategic upgrades are planned and executed as part of a defined program. Moreover, representing the branch as a system owner operator, ensuring safe and efficient operation of these systems.

In the beginning, this position will reduce the volume of emergent work due to breakdowns, and the operational cost to replace prematurely worn-out equipment. As maintenance and strategic upgrades stabilize the condition of our assets, CNL will experience reduction of energy use, and more dependable Mechanical Systems.
